2. You will receive bi-montly traffic reports of your boat.

3. If you desire we will schedule all boat cleaning and routine maintenance while your boat is listed with us.

4. You will be able to speak with your broker or his or her representative seven days a week.

5. We will make every effort to accommodate your vessel at our sales dock, IF you so desire.

6. You will receive monthly statements of all financial activity incurred by your vessel.

7. Any time your vessel needs to be relocated, it will be done with your written permission and by a qualified crew.

8. If you become unhappy with us at anytime, let us know, we will address you concerns promptly and politely.
